Saloome Showkat is a Research Scholar at the Department of Management Studies, University of Kashmir, India, and a Senior Contributor at AWN. She has three years of work experience as an assistant professor at the University of Kashmir. She has written several papers in the research domain of human resource management, humanities, and marketing enlisted in Scopus and ABDC’s list of journals. She has attended research analytics workshops and presented research papers at reputed national and international conferences.

Saloome won the best paper award at the “1st International Conference on Contemporary Business Trends” at the National Institute of Technology, India. She has qualified for the National Eligibility Test (India) for three consecutive years in the subject of management.
