A socially responsible talent management (RTM) model is created. It is argued that inclusivity, corporate responsibility, equity, and equal employment opportunity are the fundamental principles underlying a responsible talent management system. This article argues further that responsible talent management practices promote the achievement of multilevel sustainable outcomes, including decent work, employee well-being, and organizational well-being.
